The system was constructed as linear pallet system. This facilitates a very good flexibility and accessibility. The individual stations are divided in cells depending on the design. The composition of a cell consists of a ground base plate and the corresponding stand feet with levelling instrument and CE protection housing. Each processing unit is equipped with a control panel which facilitates the stationary handling.

Assembly and testing rotary indexing table for fluid control elements

The assembly and test system is designed as rotary indexing machine. This principle guarantees a good accessibility and production performance.

The rotary indexing table is equipped with 6 receivers which are filled manually by the operator. The basic construction of this machine is self-supporting and consists of ground steel base plates with 6 galvanized stand feet made of square steel pipes including levelling device. The station constructions have a variable pinned fitting which facilitate modificatons and adjustments.

Feasible products of the rotary indexing assembly machine include amongst others dashboard equalizers, back-pressure valves, and plastic winding tackles.

Testing and assembly device for miscellaneous tasks

High number of miscellaneous testing and assembly devices especially for the automotive supply industry.

Examples: Current rating of LED-lights on laser symbols, optical testing of Prüfung von gearwheel intervention measure, and mechanical testing of assembled elements (e.g. at air vents, cup holders, center console, and A-pillar).

The devices are equipped with a plug-in receiver and an integrated clamping device. The adaption of the test piece (plug) is created by testing and control pins. For I.O. parts the outlets are furnished with a hot embossing mark.

Feasible applications include amongst others cup holders and air vents in cars.
